Boyedoe pieces are made after your order has been placed and paid for in full. 

PRODUCTION TIME

Excluding shipping time, it takes between 1-2 weeks to produce your order. For items needed urgently, please contact us at info@boyedoe.com before placing your order. We will endeavour to get your items to you as soon as practicable.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Full payment must be made upfront in order for your order to be processed. Boyedoe accepts all international credit cards (via Paystack), bank transfers and cash. 

SHIPPING

Boyedoe ships worldwide with a tracked delivery service provided by DHL.

Delivery charges are dependent on the weight of the product. From the time your package is picked up by DHL until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with DHL Worldwide Express services in your country. Some countries might be subject to customs and taxes upon delivery.

Once your order arrives at its destination, you may be required to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes for your shipping location. Boyedoe is not responsible for delays caused by customs while merchandise is en route, or as a result of an incorrect address submitted by the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As a burgeoning small batch producer and due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, small variations in the colour and/or texture of your order should be expected. Unfortunately, because of these irregularities, we do not accept returns for items.

However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange or issue credit note for fully priced items returned in original condition within 10 working days of receipt:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging i.e. unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached. 
• Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
• We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items
